Provide continuous support throughout your entire labor and stay up to 2 hours after your birth.

Curated to each person, can include: emotional support, light cleaning, bottle washing, and more.

Discuss feeding and pumping schedule, go over pumping options & milk storage.
Latching & Positions
Practice different feeding positions, evaluate latching, and establish a healthy routine.
